Meatballs con Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tbls. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbls. oil
  • 4 ozs. green chili peppers, chopped
  • 16 ozs. processed cheese spread, grated
  • 1 package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
  • 3/4 cups water

Directions

Combine ground beef, soft bread crumbs, chopped onion, milk, chopped parsley, pepper, and beaten egg. Shape into 1" balls. In a skillet, brown the meatballs in oil. Stir in chopped green chili peppers, grated processed cheese spread, taco seasoning mix, and water. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts, stirring constantly.
