Nothing could be quicker or tastier than this Nacho Pizza. Treat your family and forget about calling the pizza delivery boy.

Meaty Nacho Pizza


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1 package (1.25 oz.) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
  • 1 (10 oz.) Italian bread shell
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tbls. sliced green onions


PREHEAT oven to 450°F.

COOK beef and onion in large skillet until beef is browned; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.

SPREAD cheese sauce over bread shell, leaving a 1-inch border. Spoon hot taco filling over cheese sauce; sprinkle with olives and green onion. Place pizza on baking sheet

BAKE in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
