Mexicali Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15.5-oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15.5-oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 3/4 cups red wine vinegar salad dressing
  • 1 can (4 oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

COMBINE black beans, garbanzo beans, corn, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, tomato, dressing, chiles and honey in medium glass or ceramic bowl; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
