Mexican Fiesta Biscuit Bake


  • 2 tbls. margarine, melted
  • 2 pkgs. refrigerated biscuits
  • 16 fl. ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
  • 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 3 fl. ozs. black olives, sliced


Spread melted margarine in a 13' x 9' baking dish.

Separate refrigerated biscuits and cut into eighths with scissors. Place in a bowl and toss with salsa. Spoon evenly into a greased 13'x9' baking pan. Sprinkle with grated Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green bell pepper, sliced green onions, sliced black olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the center is set. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
