Mexican Lasagna



In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain; set aside.

Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, taco seasoning mix and seasoned salt and green chili peppers. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl combine ricotta cheese and beaten eggs. Layer, in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish, half of the meat mixture, half of the flour tortillas, half the ricotta cheese mixture and half the Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
