This Mexican Quiche takes all the best ingredients of a rich and creamy quiche and adds the essential elements of Mexican cooking: drop in Mexican cheese, diced green chiles and salsa prima.

Mexican Quiche



Preheat oven to 375F. Place pie shell into pie pan. On bottom of shell, place Mexican blend cheese, peppers, chiles, and green onions. Mix together eggs, salsa and evaporated milk and once blended pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
