A friend shared this receipe with me, and it is now a favorite with my family. It can be made as mild or spicey as you like just by adding a hotter flavor of the ingredient.

Mexican Sausage Dip


1 pound bulk Italian Sausage (I use mild)casing removed
1 small onion chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 jar Ortega Chunky Salsa (I use mild)
1 pound valveeta cheese
1 pound valveeta mexican flavor cheese (I use mild)
bag of tortilla chips ( we prefer Doritos


Cook sausage and onion and drain well.
combine all ingredients in a
crockpot and turn on high to heat. When heated turn down to low and let simmer till all ingredients are melted down and can be stirred together. Serve hot.
