Mexican Sloppy Joe


2 pounds ground beef
1 package (1.25 ounce) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (4 ounces) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
1 jar (16 ounces) ORTEGA Salsa, any variety
8 hamburger rolls


Brown ground beef; drain off the grease completely.

Add taco seasoning mix, diced green chiles and salsa. Stir together and let bubble up to heat.

Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour until the meat mixture is thick and bubbly, stirring occasionally.

While the meat mixture is simmering, chop up the toppings. Hand break tacos and add to meat mixture.

Fill buns with the meat mixture and toppings
