These popular, bite-sized roll-ups are perfect for parties.

Mexican Tortilla Roll-Ups



Combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons salsa, cheddar cheese and cilantro. Divide and spread cheese mixture evenly onto tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border all around the edge. Tightly roll up tortillas and wrap in waxed paper. Chill for at least 1 hour.

To serve, slice each roll diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange slices on serving tray; spoon remaining salsa on top and serve.
