Minestrone Pasta Salad



Prepare dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve later. For best flavor, bring salad to room temperature before serving. Makes 6 main-dish servings.

Dressing: In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons Regina Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tablespoon Polaner Chopped Garlic, 2 teaspoons Polaner Chopped Basil, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon Accent Flavor Enhancer.
