Molasses Glazed Ham


  • 6 to 8 lbs. ham, cooked
  • whole cloves
  • 6 tbls. Grandmas Original Molasses
  • 2 tbls. Corn Starch
  • 1 cup chicken broth, or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard


Pre-heat oven 350°F. Place ham, skin side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Score rind into diamond pattern. Insert whole cloves into fat. Brush rind with 2 Tbsp. of molasses. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. Remove ham; place on serving platter. Scrape pan drippings into sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients including 4 Tbsp. of molasses and mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy has thickened. Cook for 1 minute until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
