Mushroom and Green Chile Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 can (14.75-oz.) creamed corn
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 package (3-oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can (4-oz.) mushrooms, drained and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs
