These are a delicious change of pace from traditional tacos. The filling is also delicious wrapped in warm flour tortillas.

Nacho Chicken Tacos


  • 8 ORTEGA Taco Shells (12 ct)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken


Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced ripe olives

HEAT oil in medium skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Add welsh rarebit, milk, chili powder and chicken. Cook over low heat until heated through.

FILL taco shells with chicken mixture; top with desired toppings.
