Neopolitan Chicken



In 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, arrange chicken, skin-side down, in one layer; sprinkle with flavor enhancer. Brown chicken on all sides, turning once, about 15 minutes. Spoon off all but 1 tablespoon fat from pan. Sprinkle chicken with garlic, hot sauce and oregano. Add vinegar and stir, scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm. Over high heat, cook liquid remaining in skillet 3 to 4 minutes until reduced to about 1/2 cup, stirring constantly. Spoon sauce over chicken.
