New England Style Stuffed Peppers


  • 1 can (any flavor) B&M Original Baked Beans
  • 1/2 cup chedder cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbls. onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 4 whole medium size green peppers


In a bowl mix together baked beans, cheese, ketchup, onion and mustard. Cut a thin slice from the stem end of each pepper. Remove all the seeds and membranes. Wash inside and outside. Lightly stuff each pepper with bean mixture and place on double thickness heavy duty aluminum foil. Wrap securely. Cook on grill over medium hot coals, 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
