Oatmeal Snacks


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Grandmas Molasses Unsulphured
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 1/3 cup oats
  • 3/4 cups coconut, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


These classic cookies get a delicious makeover with Grandma's.

Beat eggs and mix in oil and Grandma's Molasses. Mix dry ingredients together, then incorporate into wet ingredients. Mix well. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.
