One-Pot Chicken and Noodles



In large skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, brown chicken breasts and onion, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes with liquid, broth and egg noodles; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is fork-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in peppers; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 4 main-dish servings.
