Onion Chedder Dressing


  • 1/2 cup REGINA Red Wine Vinegar
  • 8 ozs. chedder cheese
  • 4 ozs. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsps. sugar
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced


In large bowl, blend all ingredients. Transfer mixture to electric blender container and puree until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours. Mix thoroughly before serving. Store, covered in refrigerator, for up to 1 week.
