Orange Pecan Pie


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Grandmas Original Molasses
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell, 9-inch


Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.

8 servings.
