Ortega salsa and chiles make a welcome addition to hamburgers. Grill or pan-fry these tasty burger. Top with lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Serve them with tortilla chops and ice-cold iced tea.

Ortega Burgers



COMBINE beef, 3/4 cup salsa, chiles and eggs in large bowl. Shape into 12 patties.

GRILL or broil on each side until no longer pink in center. Top each burger with one slice cheese. Serve on buns with additional salsa.
