Ortega Hot Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 can (3.5-oz.) ORTEGA Whole Jalapenos, drained
  • 1 cup (4-oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (3-oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups corn flake cereal, crushed
  • Vegetable oil
  • ORTEGA Salsa, any variety and sour cream
