Give new life to plain green beans with a spicy dressing of salsa and chiles. A great side-dish for any Mexican dinner.

Ortega-Style Green Beans



HEAT vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add beans, taco sauce, chiles and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until beans are tender.
