Grab a fork for these casserole-like baked tacos! Premade sauces make this dish a snap; just add ground beef and cheese. Serve with creamy sour cream and guacamole.

Oven Tacos


  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 can (10-oz.) ORTEGA Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 package (12-ct.) ORTEGA Taco Shells (12 ct)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped


Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large skillet brown ground beef and drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and tomato sauce; mix well. Fill taco shells halfway and line up in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Cover with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot garnished with lettuce and tomato.
