Pineapple Baked Beans


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can 28 oz. B&M Original Baked Beans, (any flavor)
  • 1 can 8 oz. drained pineapple tidbits
  • 1 jar 4.5 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 whole (large) onion, chopped
  • 1 whole (large) green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbls. soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly. Serve in bowls.
