Pineapple, Corn and Green Chile Relish


  • 1 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can (8-oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


COMBINE corn, pineapple, chiles, onion, bell pepper, cilantro and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
