Tangy lime salsa and crunchy pistachio nuts add a delightful twist to popular taco salad.

Pistachio Turkey Taco Salad



Arrange lettuce on 4 serving plates.

Stand 2 taco shells upright in the center of each plate and fill with turkey, tomatoes and bell pepper. Top with sour cream and pistachio nuts.

In a small bowl combine salsa, lime peel and lime juice. Serve over turkey mixture.
