Many recipes for Pizza call for a pizza shell. It may be overpriced and/or stale...takes time and skill to make from scratch. Here is an easy way to do it.

Pizza Shell

2 or 3 flour tortillas
some water
2 to 3 ounces of pizza/tomatoe sauce
2 to 3 ounces of mozzerala cheese
seasoning (optional)
black steel deep dish or ceramic (optional...use cookie sheet)

Real pizza ovens approach 800' heat...set oven to 425'. IF you use a ceramic dish, pre-heat for two minutes. Take the two or three flour tortillas (depending how thick you want your shell, wet and stick together...bake for two minutes and remove. Spread sauce on surface and apply cheese (seasoning optional). Bake for another eight minutes or more keeping eye on progress...ovens vary and we're not looking for burn't sacrifices! With a little practice you'll make something far better and healthier than frozen pizza for less cost. I cut the temperature level because many of us forget...some may want to use BROIL settings. Enjoy!
