Pork El Dorado



In a skillet, brown ground pork until cooked through. Drain. Stir in chopped green chili peppers, taco seasoning mix, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve rolled in flour tortillas with sour cream and chopped lettuce.
