A delicious and easy-to-make cheese and tortilla treat with authentic Mexican ingredients!

Queso Fundido with Chile Rajas


2 (10.75 oz) jars ORTEGA Salsa Con Queso
1/4 cup ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Medium Taco Sauce
1 can (7 oz) ORTEGA Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
1 jar (12 oz) B&G Roasted Red Peppers
12 green onions, sliced
1 package (12 count) ORTEGA Flour Soft Tortillas


Preheat broiler. Mix salsa con queso and taco sauce in a small bowl. Pour cheese mixture into a large shallow, oiled earthenware casserole or cast iron skillet. Slice chiles and peppers lengthwise. Sprinkle over cheese. Scatter onions over peppers and broil just until onions begin to color and cheese begins to bubble. To heat tortillas, wrap tortillas in wet paper towels and heat in microwave on medium-high (75% power) about 15 seconds. To serve, scoop melted cheese mixture into tortillas
