This hearty dip will feed a big crowd.

Quick & Easy Hot Sausage Dip


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup (10.75-oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 lbs. processed cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can (10-oz.) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can (7-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is tender. Add sausage and hamburger and sauté until thorougly cooked; drain well. Reduce heat to medium and add soup. Stir until thoroughly heated.

Place cheese in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish and microwave on HIGH for 2½ to 3 minutes, or until melted; stir halfway through. Combine meat and soup mixture with cheese along with tomtaoes and green chiles. Serve immediately with corn chips.
