Ladies and gents, this is officially the easiest on the planet. And it makes some pretty good eatin' too. Serves six as a zesty side dish.
Crock-pot Spanish Rice
Ingredients
3/4 c. brown rice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 minced green pepper
1 diced onion
2 tbsp. salsa
2 peeled and quartered tomatoes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions
1. Add all ingredients (onion, green pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, rice and salsa) to Crock-Pot.
2. Stir.
3. Cover and cook on low 7 to 10 hours.
