Spicy Tropical Fruit Skewers

Ingredients

16 wooden skewers, each about 6 inches long
3 medium ripe mangoes, peeled, each cut into 8 wedges, then halved crosswise
2 to 3 large kiwis, peeled, each cut into 8 wedges
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
2 tablespoons ORTEGA Taco Sauce, Hot
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

Directions

Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preheat grill to medium heat, about 10 minutes.

Combine mangoes, kiwis, pineapple, taco sauce, honey and ginger in large bowl; gently toss to mix well. Let stand about 15 minutes.

Thread fruit evenly on skewers. Grill 3-5 minutes, turning once and brushing with any leftover honey mixture.
