A perfect combination of chicken and taco sauce with your traditional fettuccine dish. You can either serve alone or add a salad.

Red Chile Pasta


  • 8 ozs. Fettuccine dry pasta, cooked according to package, drained, kept hot
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chicken breast, refrigerated, roasted, sliced
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) ORTEGA Taco Sauce - Red Chile
  • 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup (about 2) sliced green onions
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Mexican blend shredded cheese


COMBINE pasta, chicken, taco sauce, and chicken broth in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Place in serving bowl; top with onions, olives and cheese.
