Roasted Pork Tenderloin Salad with Creamed Herb Dressing


  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbls. REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tbls. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbls. chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, finely minced
  • to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients well; serve over grilled pork tenderloin, chicken breasts or vegetables.
