Salsa Beef Pot Pie

Heat oven 425F. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, bell pepper
and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are softened. Stir in taco seasoning, water
and cream cheese; cook until thickened. Add salsa, beans, corn and chilies; cook until just
heated through. Remove from heat. Prepare pie crusts according to package directions for
2 crust pie. Place one pie crust in 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle half of cheese over bottom
of crust. Spoon beef mixture into crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with top
crust. Flute edges and cut slits for steam to escape. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is
golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish each serving with sour
cream, salsa and cilantro.
