Yummy, easy and (if low fat or fat free cheese is used) VERY low in fat!
Suggested spices, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika.

Salsa Chicken by Nikki



Sprinkle desired spices over chicken breast
and cover baking pan with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, remove from oven
and add salsa on top. Return to oven for
additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is
completely cooked.

Remove from oven, spinkle cheese over top and
cover for approximately five minutes to let
cheese melt.

Good served with Mexi-Rice and Seasoned Green
