Quick and easy to make, this bean salsa tastes great with chips or as a topping on Mexican dishes.

Sassy Bean Salsa


  • 3 cups cooked kidney or black beans, drained
  • 2 cans (14.5-oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15.25-oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Refrigerate unused portions.
