Sausage and Egg Breakfast Burritos


1/2 pound sausage
2 tablespoons chopped onion
6 eggs
1 can (4 ounces) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
1 package (1.25 ounces) ORTEGA Burrito Seasoning Mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package (12 count) ORTEGA Soft Flour Tortillas
3/4 cup ORTEGA Thick & Chunky Salsa, Medium


In a large skillet over medium heat brown sausage with onion until no longer pink. Drain and set aside, leaving mixture in skillet.

In a medium bowl beat together eggs, chiles and seasoning mix. Add to sausage mixture; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Add cheese, mixing well to melt.

Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Spoon ½ cup egg mixture onto center of each warmed tortilla. Garnish with additional cheese and salsa, if desired. Fold half of tortilla over filling; fold sides toward center, leaving top open. Serve immediately.
