Shredded Beef With Eggs And Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups shredded beef filling
  • 10 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 can (16 oz.) ORTEGA Refried Beans, warmed
  • 1 (8oz.) Shredded cheddar or fancy shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)

Directions

HEAT butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggs; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs just begin to set.

STIR in shredded beef filling. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked and beef is heated through. Serve beef filling with tortillas, beans, cheese and salsa.
