Shrimp in Creamy Red Salsa


1 cup ORTEGA Original Salsa (any variety)
1 Tbsp. sour cream
Juice of 1 lime
1 lb. extra-large shrimp (26-30 per lb.), peeled and deveined
1 package (1.25 oz.) ORTEGA Reduced Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
8 ORTEGA Fiesta Flats or Taco Shells (any variety)
Fresh cilantro, chopped


1. Combine salsa, sour cream, and lime juice in a small sauepan over low heat and cook just until heated through. Set aside.
2. Toss shrimp with chili seasoning mix. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add shrimp. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
3. Evenly divide shrimp among Fiesta Flats or taco shells and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.

Makes 4 servings.
