Smoked Turkey and Green Chile Turnovers

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (16 oz.) ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild), or any flavor, divided
  • 3/4 cups (about 8 oz.) smoked turkey, chopped
  • 3/4 cups (3 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (4 oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/3 cup (about 3) green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 package (10 oz.) puff pastry shells, defrosted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsps. water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped or parsley
