Once you sample the Chicken Tostadas flavored with ORTEGA Mexican Style Taco Sauce, you'll want to serve them often in your home.

Smokey Grilled Chicken Tostadas


  • 4 (about 1 1/2 lbs.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) ORTEGA Taco Sauce - Mexican Style, divided
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 small amount of vegetable oil
  • 1 topping suggestion: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese and sour cream


BRUSH chicken with about 1/2 cup taco sauce; grill until fully cooked or until no longer pink in center. Cut chicken into slices across the grain. Lightly brush tortillas with vegetable oil; place on grill, and heat until warm.

TOP each tortilla with sliced chicken, desired toppings and remaining taco sauce.
