Get the best of both worlds with these soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside tacos!

Soft & Crunchy Tacos



Heat oven to 325°F. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat them with the taco shells 10 minutes before assembling.

In a medium skillet, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and prepare as directed on package. Meanwhile heat refried beans in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; hold warm.

To assemble, spread warm flour tortillas with beans. Place warm crisp taco shell on beans, fold soft tortilla over taco shell. Fill each crisp taco shell with seasoned meat. Top with cheese, sour cream, tomato, lettuce and taco sauce. Serve immediately.
