Soft Taco


  • 1 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 4 ozs. beef strips, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tbls. sour cream
  • 2 tbls. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped


Heat flour tortillas to soften. Cook sliced beef strips in oil until done; squeeze the juice from lime on top. Wrap beef strips in the tortillas with shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, sliced avocado, sliced black olives, and chopped cilantro. Serve with the cooked rice.
