What do you get when you combine your two favorite snacks, tacos and wings? The best southwest buffalo chicken tacos filled with chunk chicken breast of course.
Southwest Buffalo Chicken Tacos
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
3 tablespoons ORTEGA Taco Sauce, any variety
7 ounces Chunk Chicken Breast
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
4 ORTEGA Whole Grain Corn Taco Shells
In a small bowl, add the corn starch to the taco sauce and stir until well combined.
Meanwhile, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken in sauce to the pan then add the taco sauce and stir. Turn down the heat and allow the mixture to thicken, about 4 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking.
Divide the chicken mixture between 4 tacos and top each with a tablespoon or so each of chopped celery and blue cheese crumbles.
