Southwest Corn Medley


  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


MELT butter in large skillet. Add bell pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Add corn, chiles, green onions and hot pepper sauce; cover. Cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
