Southwest Guacamole


  • 5 avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Mash avocados in a medium bowl.

Stir in tomato, lime juice, garlic and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve as dip or spread.
