Southwest Mint Salad


  • 1 jar 4 ounces pimentos, diced
  • 1/4 cup ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 tbls. olive oil
  • 2 tbls. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 7 cups mixed lettuces, torn


COMBINE mint sauce, pimentos, chiles, oil, onion, garlic and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.

TOSS dressing with lettuce.
