Southwestern Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 12 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 chopped fresh cilantro, for topping
  • 1 ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium), for topping
