Preheat oven to 425F. Unroll crescent dough and press into bottom and up sides

Of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 5 minutes, then remove from oven, reduce oven

Temperature to 325.

In a large skillet, cook sausage, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until cooked

Through, about 10 Minutes; drain and return to pan. Add the seasoning mix and water

And simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in the chilies and spread on crust.

Sprinkle with 1-cup cheese. Whisk together the eggs, milk and salt and pour over filling.

Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 Minutes. Cut into squares and serve with salsa.

Makes 10 appetizers.
